Float into Peace: An Aerial Yoga Experience

In the whirlwind of the holiday season, step into a space that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. Float into Peace is our special December aerial offering designed to help you release the weight of the season and reconnect with a grounded sense of calm. Using the gentle support of an aerial hammock, you’ll be guided to both soften the body and quiet the mind.
In this all-levels workshop, you will:
- Soothe winter tension with gentle, supported aerial stretches to ease the shoulders, spine, and nervous system.
- Quiet inner noise as you settle into a deeply relaxing guided meditation while cocooned in your hammock.
- Cultivate lasting calm and anchor a feeling of peace you can carry into the new year.

Who is this training for?
- Adults of any background who want to take care of themselves and experience deep peace.
- Anyone who would like to feel more at ease in their body and more connected body, mind, and soul.
- Beginners to yoga and/or aerial yoga. No experience needed, we will support you!
- Anyone curious about aerial yoga, this is a great introduction to the using the hammock as a yoga prop.
