Join Sherry McConkey and Mary-Kate Jackson over President’s Day weekend for a fun practice that will help you feel more pliable and gain access to broader range of motion. This workshop will include guidance through Myofascial release techniques using therapy balls to relieve the tighter-held areas of the body. We’ll then guide you through a mellow flow to continue unraveling your body and finish with some assisted poses that will leave you feeling empowered.
